Directions:  
Saute onions, celery and green pepper. Add tomato sauce and simmer 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in herbs and spices. Gently fold in brown rice and burger crumbles.

Parboil whole pepper for 8 minutes. Cut in half and clean out seeds. Stuff each half with rice mixture. Top each half with 1/8 cup cheese. Place peppers in baking dish and bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes.
