Directions:  
Oven 350
Cook ground turkey
Boil pasta shells
Once turkey is cooked mix in green peppers, red peppers , onion and ricotta cheese.
Stuff Shells with turkey mixture and place in a greased baking dish
pour pasta sauce onto stuffed shells and cover.
Cook in oven for 1/2 hour
