Directions:

Mix and dissolve gelatin in boiling water, set aside to cool.

In a mixer, beat cream cheese and Splenda until smooth.

Beat in eggs, then stir in cream.

Place mixture in a saucepan to cook, then simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in gelatin.

Pour into a 8x8 brownie pan or 9" pie plate.

Cover with plastic and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
