Directions:  
In a large bowl, mix eggs, Worcestershire, chopped red onion, minced sun dried tomatoes (I used California smoked sun dried tomatoes in a pouch with no oil added), and a good sprinkle of sea salt, mixed seasonings (I used Trader Joe's ground Everything Seasoning) and fresh ground pepper. I made nice size burgers that were about 4.5 oz. Cook in a heavy skillet sprayed with Pam. Do not overcook, or they will be dry.
