Susi's Ground Turkey Chili

2  lb.		Lean Ground Turkey
4  ounces		Chopped Onion
2  servings		Chopped Water Chestnuts
1  ounce		Chili Powder
24  ounces		Great Value Great Northern Beans
1  teaspoon		Powder Curry Spice Blend
12  ounces		Rotel Original Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
6  dashes		Table Salt
3  pinches		Ground Black Pepper
12  ounces		Tomato Sauce
1  teaspoon		Ground Mustard Seed
4  dashes		Ground Red pepper
1  teaspoon		Oregano
1  teaspoon		Garlic Powder
1  teaspoon		Ground Cumin
1  tablespoon		Grape Seed Oil
1  cup		Swanson Chicken Broth

Chop Onion & Water Chestnuts
Lightly Sautee Onions & Water Chestnuts in Grape Seed Oil
(can replace Grape Seed Oil with Olive or Coconut Oil)
Add in all Spices
Continue to Saute
Add Fresh Ground Turkey Sautee until starts to turn white
Add Beans
Add Rotel
Add Tomatoe Sauce
Add Chicken Broth...Optional...
(Until you reach the consistance that you like)
Combine/Stir all ingredients in pot
Bring to low boil
Lower heat and simmer as long as wanted
(It's actually good to eat after the initial boil)
