Directions:  
3/4 cup almond flour
1 Tbsp flax seeds
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds (shelled)
2 Tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tablespoon Splenda
2 Tbsp olive oil (extra virgin, or light)
2 eggs
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix almond flour, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, 1 tablespoon Splenda and salt. Add eggs, olive oil, and yogurt and mix carefully. Let it sit for 5 minutes to firm up.

Cut into four pieces and roll into balls. Place in greased cake pan. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes.
