Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Wash and scrub potatoes. Cut potatoes into French fry strips
Place potatoes in steamer basket and steam over boiling water for 3 minutes.
Spread potatoes on a cookie sheet sprayed with nonstick vegetable coating.
Bake potatoes in preheated oven until ends begin to brown, approximately 20 minutes.
