Directions:  
Slice beef against the grain into 1/4" thick strips
In a large bowl add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and toss real good.
In a large wok over high heat add broccoli and garlic cook for about 4-6 minutes until broccoli is cooked. Do not burn garlic.
Transfer to large bowl. Return the wok back to high heat and add 1 tsp of sesame oil. Add half the steak in a single layer and cook until lightly brown on both sides 1-2 minutes. Remove and add rest of steak.
Return all the steak and vegetables to pan and remove from the heat. Add the sauce and mix well to coat. Divide among 4 bowls and serve.
