Taco Soup

1/2  cup		large onion, chopped
1  lb.		ground beef or turkey
16  ounces		salsa
6  cups		large can of V-8® juice
2  teaspoons		C sugar
1  teaspoon		t salt
1  pinch		t pepper
15-1/2  ounces		beans, black or kidney, drained and rinsed
15  ounces		golden sweet corn, drained
2  teaspoons		Chili Powder
1-1/2  teaspoons		Ground Paprika
1  teaspoon		Onion Powder
1/2  teaspoon		Table Salt
1/2  teaspoon		Ground Cumin
1/2  teaspoon		Oregano

Directions

Cook onions in non-stick skillet with ground turkey until brown. Drain.

Add dry taco seasoning and salsa to meat and mix together. Pour into crockpot.

Add remaining ingredients to crock pot.

Cook on low 4 hours or until heated through.

Serve with garnish items like sour cream, chips, and cheese
