heat up the pan, medium/medium low

beat the eggs and ingredients

brush the pan with some oil

put in about 2 tbs of the egg mixture

spread the egg mixture out in the pan

when the top is no longer runny, roll it

brush the part of the pan where there isn't any egg with oil

put in another 2 or 3 tbs of the egg mixture

spread the mixture and lift the cooked egg so that the mixture flows underneath

roll the egg when the top is no longer runny

repeat until you've used up all of the egg mixture
