Directions:  
1.clean chicken
2. place in lg. stock pot and cover w/ water
3. boil chicken on med. heat until done.
4. let chicken cool remove all bones and skin
5. Chop celery, and green onions
6. Shred chicken and put back in pot w/ broth
7. add other ingredients
8. bring to a med. boil until vegetables are tender.
9. season with garlic salt, curry powder, creole seasoning
