Trim fat from pork.
Slice pork into 1.5" slices then flatten slices with palm of hand.
Coat skillet with cooking spray.
Cook pork for three minutes on each side, until browned.
Combine teriyaki sauce, cornstarch, ground ginger, and pineapple juice and stir well.
Add to pork in skillet and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for three minutes.
Spoon sauce over pork to serve.
