Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (6 cups)

1  teaspoon
1/4  teaspoon
1  teaspoon
1/2  cup

Brown ground beef and drain any fat.
Add diced Onion & Green pepper, saute' until tender
Stir in remaining ingredients
Pour into a lightly greased casserole
Cover with foil and bake in preheated 375º oven for 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for additional 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
