3  tablespoons
2  tablespoons
4  tablespoons
1  cup
1/4  cup
500  grams

Score both sides of steak
Stir Lime juice with soy, oil, garlic, sugar, and chili.
Pour half over beef, turning to coat.
Marinate at room temp. 15 min
Blanch beans in boiling water 1 min.
Add broccoli and carrots (julienned)
Boil til tender-crisp (1-2 min)
Drain and toss with remaining marinade
Stir in green onion.
Grill steak on high 3 min per side.
Let meat rest 5 min- slice across grain into thin strips.
Toss with vegetables and peanuts.
Serve with rice.
