In a medium bowl, combine tofu, oats, soy sauce, basil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper to taste. Knead for a few minutes. Shape into 1-inch thick patties and place in prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven (325F/160C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
