Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings
3  tablespoons
 
 
4  tablespoons
 
24  ounces
 
1/8  teaspoon
 
1  tablespoon
 
1-1/2  tablespoons
 
1  tablespoon
 
1  teaspoon
 
3  tablespoons
 
4  tablespoons
 
1  tablespoon
 
1-1/2  lb.

Directions:  
Saute until tender:
3 Tbsp. oil
1 Large, Dice
2 medium green peppers, diced

Add:
3 cups tomato sauce
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp. chili power
( more if you like)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
Simmer together over low heat for 20 minutes

Brown in another skillet:
3 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 Lbs. film tofu, grated or crumbled
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or
1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

When the tofu is well browned and has absorbed the flavoring, add the tomato sauce and serve over sandwich buns.
