Mince garlic and ginger. Combine the garlic and ginger with soy sauce and vegetable broth and set aside. Heat oil in a heavy skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add tofu and vegetables and stir-fry 3-4 minutes. Add reserved soy sauce mixture and stir-fry 5 or so minutes or until vegetables are tender. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.

I added 2 medium sliced carrots, 1 can of sliced water chestnuts and bean sprouts. Substituted the Soy Sauce with Soy Very Very Teryaki. I would recommend cooking the tofu separately and longer if you want a little more firmness to it.
