Directions:  
Heat large saucepan over medium high heat and melt coconut oil. Dice shallot and garlic and cook for two minutes.
Add ground meat and cook for 5 - 6 minutes until cooked through.
Add chopped, fresh tomatoes and cook for a further 3 minutes until they begin to break down.
Add tomato puree and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add herbs, salt and pepper to taste.
Just before serving, add cream and cook until heated through.
Serve with Catelli Smart Pasta.
