Thaw and cut up steak into 2" pieces.
Lightly sprinkle garlic powder and salt on one side of the steak.
In skillet, brown steaks on each side.
Add margarine to skillet and let melt.
Dice tomato and add to skillet.
Add enough water to cover steak and let cook. (Make sure that you do not let the water cook out till the end.)
Cook in skillet on 300 degrees for 45 minutes or untill steaks are tender.
