Boil Pasta.
While pasta cooks. Chop all vegetables including tomatoes.
Once pasta is done put in casserol dish
Layer vegies and tomatoes over pasta
Toss shrimp on top (from frozen, don't season)
Add all spices.
Toss lighly.
Drizzles with EVOO
Bake in oven for 20-30 min at 200F
