Blend Ritz Crackers (about 1/2 package) in a food processor. Drain tuna. Mix tuna, egg, garlic, and onions in a medium bowl. Add Ritz crackers and stir until blended. Add more crackers until the consistency is easy to make into a patty.

Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Form 4-6 patties and place on a clean, flat surface. When the pan is heated, place half the patties in. Cook 3 minutes on each side, or until lightly brown. Remove and place on paper towel. Turn heat down slightly and repeat with the other patties.

Serve with ketchup, mayo, onions, or other condiments.
