1-1/2  teaspoons

1/2  teaspoon

Dice Onion and Carrot

Heat Olive Oil in large saucepan

Saute Onion and Carrots until soft

Add Ground Turkey; break apart into pieces and saute

Add Garlic Paste; Seasonings; Salt & Pepper

Add Wine; Let wine cook off a little and then add mushrooms

Add Jar of Sauce and Can of tomato sauce

Add brown sugar to cut acidity of tomatoes

Simmer 30-45 minutes until flavors meld; stir occasionally

Serve with whole grain spaghetti or other whole grain pasta
