Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings

Directions:  
Mix egg whites with all ingredients prior mixing into the turkey. This will ensure proper blending of all the spices. Broil for approximately 7 min per side or until done. NOTE Turkey mixture will be very sticky, dough like. Turkey cooks dry as there is limited fat. So keep moist. this should make 6 4 to 5 oz patties
