Directions:  
In a large saucepan, combine turkey, onion and red pepper and garlic; cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until turkey is cooked and pepper is tender stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered 20 minutes.
