Description: Sauteed turkey, onions, and peppers, in a flour tortilla, topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream.

Clean and trim turkey breast of fat.
Slice turkey, onions and peppers into thin strips.
In non-stick skillet, cook turkey strips for 5 to 8 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove turkey and set aside. Add oil to cooking pan and saute onions and peppers until tender. Add turkey back in and cook until turkey is heated through.
To serve, place 2 to 3 ounces of mixture in each tortilla, then top mixture with 2 teaspoons of sour cream and 1/2 ounce of shredded cheese.
