Preheat oven to 375 ºF.

In a skillet, over high heat, cook garlic for 1 minute

Transfer to a bowl and mix in ground meats, cheese, eggs, salt, cilantro and pepper. Roll into golf ball-size meatballs.

4.Arrange the meatballs on a nonstick sheet pan and drizzle them with olive oil. Place in the oven and bake until the meatballs are cooked through and golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.
