Description: Turkey Meatballs with Spinach - Baked
Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (24 each)

1  dash
 
1  teaspoon
 
1  teaspoon
 
2  cups
 
2  teaspoons

Directions:  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Put turkey in a bowl
Chop spinach and add to bowl
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until incorporated
Use ice cream scoop and scoop meat and form into balls
(I get about 24 meatballs with 3 lbs. of turkey)
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Bake for 12 minutes then take out of the oven and turn meatballs over
Bake for another 12 minutes until browned and internal temp. is 160 degrees

Serve with dipping sauce
