Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (6 slices)

2  tablespoons
 
1  ounce
 
8  ounces

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except V8 with hand held mixer till smooth and throughly combined. Mixture will be somewhat loose.

Pour into loaf pan that has been lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Pour V8 over/around shrunken meatloaf and return to oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let set for about 10 minutes before trying to remove from pan and slice. You should be able to get 6 thick slices.
