Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Add ground turkey to the pan; cook 3 minutes. Stir to crumble. Add onion, peppers, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and garlic; cook 4 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in salsa.
Unroll pizza dough and divide into 4 rectangles. Spoon turkey mix evenly between doughs. Top with 3 tablespoons of cheese. Fold dough over turkey mixture, pressing edges with a fork to seal. Place on a baking sheet (coated with cooking spray). Bake for 12 minutes until browned. Serve with sour cream on the side.
