Combine cabbage with thousand island dressing and mayo. Mix until blended and set aside.
Spread mustard on half of the slices of bread. Top with 3 ounces of turkey each. Add 1/4 cup of cabbage mixture. Top with remaining slices of bread.
Spray both sides of sandwich with cooking spray and place in hot non-stick skillet.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
Serve hot.

I Like this recipe but will use chicken and leave out the mustard ( I hate mustard).
