Description: I found this recipe in Women's Health & tweeked it a bit. Good with leftover Thanksgiving turkey!!!
Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (1 each)

In a small bowl toss cabbage, vinegar & a pinch of sugar. Season with pepper and set aside.

2)Spread mustard on toast. Top with turkey, then cabbage mixture, then cheese.

3)Broil 3 inches from heat source until cheese melts, about 5 min.
