Directions:  
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Add bread and walnuts to food processor and process until course meal.

Saute spinach, scallions and broccoli slaw until tender, 2-3 minutes.

Add bread/walnut mixture to large mixing bowl. Add egg whites and milk. Stir until moist. Add turkey, bacon and veggie mixture and seasoning.

Scoop mixture into 6 large muffin tins and bake until golden brown on top and firm to the touch.
