Scrub and prick potatos, bake at 450 degrees for 45 minute cooked through, let cool till you can handle them.

Mash potatos with 1/4 to 1/2 milk, butter, salt and pepper. Top potatos with burger mixture with mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden on top
