Heat oil in Wok on medium heat.

Add onions, peppers and mushrooms. Cook until onions transparent.

Drain moisture off pan and place veggies into bowl for later.

Put turkey in wok and cook until no longer pink, crumble as you stir.

Add soya sauce to turkey as cooking.

Return veggies to cooked turkey and mix.

Add spinach to top of mixture, place lid or cover on top to help steam.

Once spinach is cooked down, remove from stove and plate.
