Directions:  
cook rice
combine: ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic salt, and cooked rice.
roll into balls, then roll into panko breadcrumbs
bake for 35 mins on 350
place into hot frying pan with cooking spray to crisp
serve with brown gravy
