1  cup
3  tablespoons
1/4  cup
1/4  cup
3  tablespoons
1/3  cup
1/3  cup
3  teaspoons
1  teaspoon
1-1/2  teaspoons
1/2  cup
1/4  cup
1  cup

preheat oven to 400 c

cut apricots into similar size to craisins and raisins. soak all in warm water. set aside.

Mix flax with 1/2c warm water in small bowl.

sift rest of dry ingredients into large bowl. add granola and sugar. mix well

add molasses, honey, milk and oil to flax. stir to combine.

drain fruit, chop apple into small pieces and add to dry ingredients. make a well and add wets. Mix until just combined

divide batter into an oiled or lined muffin tin. makes 12

bake at 400 for 20 mins. Reduce to 350 and bake for 5 - 10 longer or until done.
