Crust: Put first 3 ingredients in food processor and pulse to mix. Mix oil and water and add in thin stream. Knead crumbly dough a bit. Chill 30 min.

Meanwhile sauté veges for 1 1/2 - 4 min. Drain liquid. Add 1/4 t. salt, pepper.

Roll dough between two pieces of parchment paper into 14” circle. Remove one piece of parchment. Place on pizza pan, sprayed with olive oil and sprinkled with cornmeal.

Place veges on top, leaving 2” border. Fold pie crust edges toward center. Brush edges with egg white.

Bake at 375 for 40 min.

Sprinkle veges w/ goat cheese crumbles toward the end.
