Measure and combine panko crumbs and paprika in a bowl and set aside.
2.Bring water to a boil in a large sauce pan

Put pasta and frozen veggies in the water and cook until pasta is aldente (according to package directions)
-When done, drain pasta/veggie mix and place back in large sauce pan with lid to keep warm.

In a separate medium sauce pan, combine milk, flour, salt and pepper on medium heat and whisk together until slightly thickened.
5.Add cream cheese and mustard and combine until smooth.

once smooth, remove from heat and add shredded cheese until cheese is completely melted.

Immediately add cheese to large saucepan and cook pasta/veggie mixture.

Move veggie mac to a broiler safe pan (2-3 qt size) and then top with panko mix.

Broil 1-2 minutes until browned on top. Serve immediately.
