Ingredients:  Makes 1 serving (2 each)
1  cup
1  tablespoon
1/4  cup
1  cup
1/3  cup
1/4  cup

This obviously is my first time writing one of these but I have noticed there aren't too many of my "vegetarian" options on this site! I will add as I go! I also can't figure out if we list the amount that you cut or the amount that is in the serving....I am going to go with serving so just remember:

1 bag of crumbles
1 package of taco seasoning w/ water
1 store bought package of tacos
1 head of iceburg lettuce (use about half to cut up)
1 small can of sliced black olives
1 package of vegetarian cheddar or american "cheese" shredded.
1 jar of pace picante or salsa.

Buy Quorn if it is available but Morningstar works too vegetarian meat crumbles/ meal starters.

Heat crumbles in skillet according to package directions and add taco seasoning mix (that has been mixed according to taco seasoning directions) to the skillet.

Cook amount of time according to package.

Heat taco shells in oven according to package.

Chop up ice burg lettuce and place in a bowl to let each person add desired amount of lettuce and follow the same with each other ingredient as far as putting them in a bowl and provide serving utensil where required.

Yum! Enjoy!

For a lower calorie meal.....knock out the tacos...they are 120 calories! Take that other half of your head of lettuce and chop it up in bowl, add all the other ingredients on top and xtra salsa as your dressing....or check out a non-fat ranch and add calorie information as necessary.
