Cut carrots, zuchinni, and yellow squash into 1/4 inch slices. Then cut the zuchinni and yellow squash slices into fourths. Rinse and drain the veggies and then coat with spray butter, add in a dash of each seasoning (salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder). Toss veggies in seasonings to coat evenly. Spray shallow baking pan with cooking spray. Spread veggies on to pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
