Chop onions, broccoli, and garlic.
Grate cheese and place in the bottom of the pie crust.
Add broccoli, onions, and garlic.
Beat eggs, soy milk, flour, dry mustard and salt together with a whisk until thoroughly blended.
Pour over veggies in crust.
Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until center of quiche is solid.
