Add sesame oil to a wok or skillet on medium-low heat.
Add all frozen vegetables. Stir occasionally.
Once the vegetables are thawed, add soy sauce and spices. Add more ginger and gralic to taste. You may need to add a few tablespoons of water to keep food from sticking.
Add cooked rice.
Move the stir-fry to one side of the wok or skillet. Add the egg substitue. Scrape the scrambled eggs from the bottom as it cooks. Once eggs are cooked mix into the stir-fry.
