1/2  cup		zucchini sliced
1/2  cup		small mushrooms
1/4  cup		green onions
1/4  cup		red peppers chopped
1/2  cup		carrots sliced
1  cup		broccoli
2  teaspoons		canola oil
2  teaspoons		soy sauce
1/2  cup		water
1/2  teaspoon		garlic powder
