Directions:  
Mix 1/4 warm water with yeast.
Add 2 cups flour, 1 1/4 cups water, 1 tsp salt and l tsp sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil, then add the rest of the flour.
Knead it all in brush with olive oil and let rise for an hour in a warm draft free area
Get 2 -12 inch pizza pans ready by brushing with olive oil and sprinkling 1 tbsp cornmeal on each pizza pan.
When dough is rizen divide in half, roll out to fits pans, brush dough with olive oil, add 1/4 cup sauce on each pan. Make one pan greek by sprinkling the feta and half the vegies on pan, sprinkle with 1 tsp oregano
The other pan sprinkle the bocconcini and rest of vegies. Add fresh basil.
Bake at 400 for 25 min.
