Condition and preheat waffle maker on any color setting.

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.

Use an electric mixer to beat the egg whites until soft peaks forms, sprinkle in the sugar and continue to beat until stiff.

Use the mixer to blend the egg yolks,milk and veg. oil together.

Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk together untill just mixed.

Gently fold egg white mixture into batter.

Pour batter onto the center of each conditioed and perheat wafffle grid. Close the lid and bake. Repeat with remanng batter.
