preheat oven to 350 degrees. All ingredients will be poured into a 13x8 cake pan.
put frozen blueberries in the bottom of pan. Pour the dry cake mix over the blueberries and distribute evenly. Then pour 16 oz of diet 7-up over the cake mix. You want to be sure that the cake mix is moistened by the 7-up. It may take more or less of the 7-up. use your judgement.
Cover the cake and put in the oven for 30 minutes. Then uncover the cake and bake 30 more minutes.
