Directions:

chop all veggies and chicken into bite-sized pieces

heat olive oil and saute garlic briefly; then add other veggies and saute until done

saute chicken separately in olive oil and garlic

cook sweet potatoes in chicken broth

remove sweet potatoes from broth and put with other veggies; stir peanut butter, tomato paste and curry powder into broth and mix

combine all, heat until flavors are blended

OR heat in crockpot several hours, putting uncooked sweet potatoes at the bottom
