Directions:  
Put cottage cheese into food processor. Start mixer on slow. Mix 1 scoop of powder with 3/4 cup of water until lumps are gone. Add mixture to cottage cheese. Process on high for 5-7 minutes. Texture remains a little grainy, but it tastes amazing!!!!!
