Description: Thick sew like chili, but made with turkey and white beans
Ingredients:  Makes 4 servings (8 cups)

1  teaspoon
1/2  teaspoon
1  teaspoon
1  teaspoon

1 - Sort, wash and soak beans overnight. Put in large sauce pan, bring to a boil and simmer for 1-2 hours, or until tender. DO NOT ADD SALT (it makes them tough).
2 - Drain and set aside half the beans.
3 - Brown the ground turkey, onions and celery in a large pot. Add one-half the beans, parsley, seasonings, and enough water to cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
4 - In blender, combine remaining beans with enough water to puree and make thick sauce. Add to pot and stir.
5 - Heat through and serve.
