Description: Half of a mini pizza size crust spread with pesto, covered in feta and mozzarella cheese topped off with chicken and red onions, garnished with some parsley flakes.
Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings (1 package)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 445 degrees F.

Roll out dough until it has formed about a 6 inch diameter and poke holes in it with a fork to allow it to breathe while baking.

Place formed dough onto a mini pizza pan or any other pan that has been sprayed with olive oil based cooking spray.

Allow the dough to proof or rise.

After proofing, spread a light layer of the pesto onto the dough.

Dice or Chop up a baked chicken strip.

Spread the chicken around the dough evenly in proportion.

Place onions onto the pie.

Sprinkle on the Feta and Mozzarella cheese.

Garnish with the parsley flakes (optional).

Place into the oven and bake on 445 degrees F for about five and a half minutes or until golden brown.
